Project overview
Saffron, the founder of She Does That, has been one of my earliest and most trusted clients. After working together previously on her original site, she returned ready for a bold new chapter. Her brand had evolved, her experience had grown, and she needed a website and system that could reflect the full scope of her work.
Problem
Saffron’s old site no longer reflected the energy or professionalism of the business she had built. It lacked personality and didn't truly capture the collaborative, creative service she offers to her clients. Behind the scenes, things were even more disjointed. Processes like discovery calls, onboarding, content prep, invoicing, and monthly planning were all happening manually across multiple tools. These repetitive tasks were eating into her creative time and making it harder to scale without burnout.
Solution
The first step was rebranding her website to bring more of her into the digital experience. We kept the layout simple but injected warmth, character, and a quirky visual identity through soft colour palettes, hand-drawn illustrations, and personality-driven copy. It now feels human, joyful, and intentional — just like the service Saffron provides. At the same time, we built a powerful system underneath it. From the moment a lead fills out her form, everything is now connected: automated email replies, discovery call scheduling, onboarding forms, recurring shoot bookings, and monthly check-ins. Her invoices go out on time. Her team gets time-tracking reminders. Her clients stay informed and engaged without needing to chase anything.
Impact
For Saffron, the biggest shift has been in time and clarity. She’s no longer stuck juggling admin — the system takes care of it. That space has given her room to focus more on the creative side of her business, which is where her talent truly shines. Clients now move through a seamless journey, with thoughtful touches at every step. The new site attracts the right kind of people, and the backend supports them effortlessly. It’s not just a rebrand — it’s a full realignment of how her business runs.
