I built the digital backbone for VANTAGE — from the public site to the reservation system, member portal, and CRM integration. This wasn’t just a brochure site; it’s the engine supporting a premium fragrance launch with rituals, limited editions, founder access, and community features.

The brand needed more than aesthetics — it needed a robust, scalable digital platform that could:
Handle a reservation system (limited edition founder boxes, countdowns, tiered pricing)
Support gated access to founder-only content
Integrate email marketing, membership perks, and automation

Developed a custom reservation & queue system to limit founder boxes to 5,000 while capturing demand & waitlist data
Built a gated founder’s portal with content, benefits, and community features
Integrated CMS + headless content architecture to allow easy updates to rituals, scent pages, FAQs, and more
Hooked in email marketing and automation workflows for on‑boarding, drip campaigns, upsells
Ensured responsive, high-end UI that matched the visual identity (black/gold, moody lighting, high-end feel)
