GamLEARN needed more than just a new website — they needed a digital system that reflected the seriousness of their work while quietly doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes. The project focused on rebuilding their website and integrating a CRM system that could capture data, manage enquiries, and support long-term engagement with members, professionals, and partners.
GamLEARN’s previous setup limited how much they could do with incoming enquiries and data. Forms existed, but information wasn’t structured, follow-ups weren’t automated, and there was no clear way to track journeys across memberships, referrals, training, or support services. This created extra admin, missed opportunities, and made it harder to demonstrate impact.
We designed and built a new website aligned with GamLEARN’s values — clear, calm, and human-centred — while integrating a CRM system underneath to handle everything the user doesn’t see.
This included:
Structured forms for memberships, referrals, contact, and training enquiries
CRM pipelines to organise contacts by intent and service type
Automated email and in-app notifications for internal teams
Lead capture and nurture workflows to support long-term engagement
Custom data fields to help GamLEARN actually use their data, not just store it
The result is a site that feels supportive on the surface, but powerful underneath.
GamLEARN can now:
Capture significantly more meaningful data from every interaction
Respond faster and more consistently to enquiries and referrals
Track engagement across different services and user journeys
Reduce manual admin through automation
Build stronger, longer-term relationships with members and professionals
The system also sets them up for future growth, reporting, and impact measurement without needing to rebuild again.
This project wasn’t about adding more tools — it was about building a smarter system. By combining a thoughtful website with a well-structured CRM, GamLEARN now has a digital foundation that supports their mission, scales with their work, and lets their team focus on what actually matters: people.
